# List

GET https://api.taktoria.com/api/v1/launches

List the launches in your organization, or with `mine=true` your own,
the ones the app's My launches page counts as yours. Drafts included,
by planned launch date. Every period unless `period` (or `year`)
narrows it, where the app's lists open on this quarter and later:
`period=upcoming` lists what they do. With `launched=true` it is the
Launched page instead: launches that have launched, newest first,
with the periods going by when each launched. Needs `launches:read`.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

## Servers

- `https://api.taktoria.com/api/v1` (Production, default)
- `http://localhost:3000/api/v1` (Local)

## Request

### Query parameters

- `status` (enum, optional) — Where a launch sits in its lifecycle.
  - Allowed values: `SCOPING`, `DESIGN`, `IN_DEVELOPMENT`, `TESTING`, `LAUNCHED`, `PENDING`, `ON_HOLD`
- `ownerUserId` (string, optional) — Launches this person owns.
- `pmUserId` (string, optional) — The older name for `ownerUserId`.
- `orgTeamId` (string, optional) — Launches that belong to this team.
- `q` (string, optional) — Search launches by their name, description, key customers and owners' names. Every word must appear in one of those fields; case and accents are ignored; at most 100 characters and 8 words. See Searching under Errors and pagination.
- `search` (string, optional, deprecated) — The older name for `q`, matched the same way. Deprecated; `q` wins when both are sent.
- `launchTemplateId` (string, optional) — Launches that use this launch template.
- `draft` (boolean, optional) — `true` lists only drafts and `false` only what is published; left out, both.
- `health` (string, optional) — `ON_TRACK`, `AT_RISK` or `OFF_TRACK`, as the newest update says (never a launched launch), or `NONE` for launches with no health to show.
- `period` (string, optional) — A fiscal period, as the app's period picker and its URL name them: a quarter (`2026-Q4`), a whole year (`2027`), `upcoming` for this quarter and every one after it, or `all`. Repeat it for several (`period=2026-Q4&period=2027-Q1`); `upcoming` or `all` among them wins over the rest. Narrows by planned launch date in the workspace's fiscal years, `upcoming` keeping launches with no date yet, as the app's lists do; with `launched=true`, by when each launched. Left out, with no `year`, every period. Wins over `year` and `quarter`; anything else is a `422 validation_error`.
- `year` (integer, optional) — One fiscal year, as the workspace's fiscal year start names it. Narrows by planned launch date (actual with `launched=true`); left out, every year. `period` takes several.
- `quarter` (integer, optional) — A fiscal quarter, 1 to 4, of `year`. Needs `year`; left out, the whole year.
- `mine` (boolean, optional) — `true` lists only your own launches, as My launches does: those you own or follow as a stakeholder and, unless `includeTeams=false`, every launch of an organizational team you are on (or of a team inside one). It narrows alongside the other filters. A signed-in session's are its person's; an API key's are its maker's, the person who created it, and a key whose maker has left the workspace has none and is refused with `403 forbidden`. For somebody else's, use `ownerUserId`.
- `includeTeams` (boolean, optional) — With `mine=true`, `false` leaves out launches that are yours only through a team. Left out, `true`.
- `launched` (boolean, optional) — `true` lists what the Launched page does: only launches that have launched (`status` `LAUNCHED`), newest first by `actualLaunchDate`, with `period`, `year` and `quarter` going by when each launched rather than when it was planned. That is how the Overview counts `launchedThisQuarter`: a launch planned for last quarter that went out in this one is this quarter's. `launched=true&period=2026-Q4` is what shipped in that quarter. Left out, by planned launch date.
- `limit` (integer, optional)
- `cursor` (string, optional)

## Response

### 200

- `data` (list of Launch, required)
- `hasMore` (boolean, required)
- `nextCursor` (string, optional)

## Errors

### 401 Unauthorized Error

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

### 402 Subscription Required Error

The organization has no subscription for the app that lets it in: active, trialing or past due. One that is unpaid (Stripe stopped retrying a failed payment), paused, incomplete or cancelled answers this too, and the message says which: an unpaid app is locked until a workspace admin updates the payment details. `details.status` is the app's subscription status (null with none), and `details.paymentIssue` is `unpaid`, or `payment_failed` for an incomplete one whose first payment failed, as `paymentIssue` on `GET /subscription` reckons it; null when a payment is not why.

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

### 403 Forbidden Error

Refused, and `error.code` says why. On an app's write endpoints, a signed-in session is refused `viewer_only` when the person is a Viewer of the app (they read it, and change nothing in it), and `seat_required` without a seat on it; a key is never either. Beyond those: `admin_required` when the change is an admin's (an app admin's for an app's admin powers, a workspace admin's for the workspace's settings), `forbidden` when the person may not change this one thing, `read_only_session` for a change only a key makes, `person_required` for what only a signed-in person does through their own account elsewhere (exporting a LaunchCal artifact to their docs tool), which a key cannot, `insufficient_scope` for a key without the scope, and `google_sign_in_required` for a session the workspace's Google rule turns away. Nothing was done.

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

### 422 Validation Error

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

### 429 Too Many Requests Error

Rate limited (`rate_limited`): the key, the signed-in person, the workspace or an expensive endpoint's own budget is used up for now. `Retry-After` says how many seconds to wait, and `details` names the `policy`, its `limit`, `windowSeconds` and `retryAfter`. Every answer to an authenticated request carries the IETF `RateLimit-Policy` and `RateLimit` headers, so a client can slow down before it gets this. Nothing was done; wait and send it again. See "Rate limits".

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

## Types

### Launch

A product launch tracked on the calendar.

- `id` (string, required)
- `organizationId` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)
- `status` (enum, required) — Where a launch sits in its lifecycle.
  - Allowed values: `SCOPING`, `DESIGN`, `IN_DEVELOPMENT`, `TESTING`, `LAUNCHED`, `PENDING`, `ON_HOLD`
- `owners` (list of User, required) — Everybody who owns the launch. They hear about its decisions.
- `teams` (list of OrgTeamRef, required) — The teams the launch belongs to.
- `draft` (boolean, required) — Held back until published: nobody has been told about it, its steps are in no review queue, and it cannot be launched. A draft is never `LAUNCHED`: launching it, adding one as a draft with that status, or setting `status` to `LAUNCHED` on it is a `409 draft`, unless the same request publishes it with `draft: false`.
- `stepsGenerated` (boolean, required)
- `stakeholders` (list of User, required)
- `stepCount` (integer, required)
- `percentToLaunch` (integer, required) — Share of steps that have been approved, excepted or marked N/A.
- `createdAt` (datetime, required)
- `updatedAt` (datetime, required)
- `description` (string, optional)
- `keyCustomers` (string, optional) — The customers this launch is for, or who asked for it. Free text.
- `pm` (User, optional) — The first of `owners`, from when a launch had one. Read `owners`.
- `pmUserId` (string, optional) — The first owner's id. Read `owners`.
- `orgTeam` (OrgTeamRef, optional) — The first of `teams`, from when a launch had one. Read `teams`.
- `plannedLaunchDate` (datetime, optional)
- `actualLaunchDate` (datetime, optional)
- `health` (enum, optional) — As its newest update says; null until somebody posts one, and once the launch has launched. See `/launches/{launchId}/posts`.
  - Allowed values: `ON_TRACK`, `AT_RISK`, `OFF_TRACK`
- `launchTemplateId` (string, optional) — The launch template its steps come from. See `/launch-templates`.
- `launchTemplate` (LaunchTemplateRef, optional) — That template's id and name.
- `ticketingProject` (TicketingProject, optional) — The ticketing project it follows, if somebody linked one. See `/launches/{launchId}/ticketing-project`.

### ErrorDetail

- `code` (string, required) — A stable machine-readable code such as `not_found`.
- `message` (string, required)
- `details` (any, optional)

### User

A person in a Taktoria organization.

- `id` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)
- `email` (string, required)
- `image` (string, optional) — Their picture: one uploaded on the account page, or else their Google profile picture, brought in when they sign in with Google.

### OrgTeamRef

An organizational team such as Eagles or Ravens.

- `id` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)

### LaunchTemplateRef

A launch template, by id and name.

- `id` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)

### TicketingProject

What a launch follows in a ticketing system: a Linear project; a Jira epic or issue (a Jira project has no status of its own, so a link to one is kept as a link); a GitHub organization's project, or a repository's milestone; an Asana project; or a ClickUp list or task. Once its system is connected to the workspace (Settings → Integrations), each day, and on a sync, its status moves the launch's; the status updates of a Linear or GitHub project become the launch's updates, and the comments on a Jira issue or a ClickUp list or task its comments (`source` on a LaunchPost; a Jira comment restricted to some people is never brought in). An Asana project's status updates need a permission Asana's OAuth does not offer Taktoria's read-only connection, so none come in. It is followed by its tasks instead: its status kind is `PLANNED` until one is done, then `STARTED`, and `COMPLETED` once the project is marked complete, and its progress is the share of them done. A whole Jira project, a GitHub repository, and a ClickUp folder or space are kept as links. Marked done, it flags the launch ready to launch; it never launches it.

- `name` (string, required)
- `url` (string, required) — The project's address in its system.
- `system` (enum, optional) — Null for a system Taktoria has no connector for. Such a link is kept as a link and never synced.
  - Allowed values: `LINEAR`, `JIRA`, `GITHUB`, `ASANA`, `CLICKUP`
- `statusName` (string, optional) — Its status as the system names it, as of the last sync.
- `statusKind` (enum, optional) — A ticketing project's status, as one of these whichever system it is in. The launch's own status follows it when it changes.
  - Allowed values: `BACKLOG`, `PLANNED`, `STARTED`, `PAUSED`, `COMPLETED`, `CANCELED`
- `progress` (double, optional) — 0 to 1. A Linear project's own; otherwise the share that is done of a Jira issue's child issues, a GitHub project's items or milestone's issues, an Asana project's tasks, a ClickUp list's tasks or a ClickUp task's subtasks.
- `completedAt` (datetime, optional) — When the system marked it done.
- `syncedAt` (datetime, optional) — The last sync that worked; null before the first.
- `syncError` (string, optional) — Why the last sync failed: `notConnected` (its system is not connected to the workspace), `notFound`, `unauthorized` (a workspace admin must connect the system again), `unavailable` or `unsupported` (a system Taktoria cannot sync, or a link to something it cannot follow, such as a whole Jira project, a GitHub repository, or a ClickUp folder or space). Null when it worked.
