# Review Queue

GET https://api.taktoria.com/api/v1/reviews

The review queue. Defaults to your own open reviews, as My reviews
does. Name one or more functional teams with `team`, or pass
`mine=false`, for every reviewer's, as All reviews does.

Reference: https://docs.taktoria.com/api-reference/steps/review-queue

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

## Servers

- `https://api.taktoria.com/api/v1` (Production, default)
- `http://localhost:3000/api/v1` (Local)

## Request

### Query parameters

- `team` (string, optional) — A functional team's slug, such as `design` or `privacy`. Repeat it for several teams.
- `mine` (boolean, optional) — `false` for every reviewer's open reviews, not only yours. Left out, yours, unless `team` or `reviewerUserId` is given.
- `status` (enum, optional) — The approval bit on a single launch step.
  - Allowed values: `NOT_STARTED`, `IN_REVIEW`, `APPROVED`, `DENIED`, `EXCEPTION`, `NOT_APPLICABLE`
- `reviewerUserId` (string, optional)
- `q` (string, optional) — Search steps by their own name and their launch's name. Every word must appear in one of those fields; case and accents are ignored; at most 100 characters and 8 words. See Searching under Errors and pagination.
- `period` (string, optional) — A fiscal period, as the app's period picker and its URL name them: a quarter (`2026-Q4`), a whole year (`2027`), `upcoming` for this quarter and every one after it, or `all`. Repeat it for several (`period=2026-Q4&period=2027-Q1`); `upcoming` or `all` among them wins over the rest. Narrows by due date in the workspace's fiscal years. With `upcoming` it keeps those with no date yet, as the app's lists do. Left out, with no `year`, every period. Wins over `year` and `quarter`; anything else is a `422 validation_error`.
- `year` (integer, optional) — One fiscal year, as the workspace's fiscal year start names it. Narrows by due date; left out, every year. `period` takes several.
- `quarter` (integer, optional) — A fiscal quarter, 1 to 4, of `year`. Needs `year`; left out, the whole year.
- `limit` (integer, optional)
- `cursor` (string, optional)

## Response

### 200

- `data` (list of LaunchStep, required)
- `hasMore` (boolean, required)
- `nextCursor` (string, optional)

## Errors

### 401 Unauthorized Error

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

### 402 Subscription Required Error

The organization has no subscription for the app that lets it in: active, trialing or past due. One that is unpaid (Stripe stopped retrying a failed payment), paused, incomplete or cancelled answers this too, and the message says which: an unpaid app is locked until a workspace admin updates the payment details. `details.status` is the app's subscription status (null with none), and `details.paymentIssue` is `unpaid`, or `payment_failed` for an incomplete one whose first payment failed, as `paymentIssue` on `GET /subscription` reckons it; null when a payment is not why.

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

### 429 Too Many Requests Error

Rate limited (`rate_limited`): the key, the signed-in person, the workspace or an expensive endpoint's own budget is used up for now. `Retry-After` says how many seconds to wait, and `details` names the `policy`, its `limit`, `windowSeconds` and `retryAfter`. Every answer to an authenticated request carries the IETF `RateLimit-Policy` and `RateLimit` headers, so a client can slow down before it gets this. Nothing was done; wait and send it again. See "Rate limits".

- `error` (ErrorDetail, required)

## Types

### LaunchStep

One review or task on a launch, owned by a functional team.

- `id` (string, required)
- `launchId` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)
- `functionalTeamId` (string, required)
- `whenToUse` (enum, required) — How required a step is, from its launch template.
  - Allowed values: `EVERY_TIME`, `RECOMMENDED`, `OPTIONAL`
- `status` (enum, required) — The approval bit on a single launch step.
  - Allowed values: `NOT_STARTED`, `IN_REVIEW`, `APPROVED`, `DENIED`, `EXCEPTION`, `NOT_APPLICABLE`
- `sortOrder` (integer, required)
- `createdAt` (datetime, required)
- `updatedAt` (datetime, required)
- `launch` (LaunchRef, optional)
- `templateId` (string, optional)
- `functionalTeam` (TeamRef, optional) — A functional team, the group that performs one kind of review.
- `reviewer` (User, optional) — A person in a Taktoria organization.
- `reviewerUserId` (string, optional) — Who reviews it, a member of the workspace; anybody else is a `422` naming the field.
- `startDate` (datetime, optional)
- `dueDate` (datetime, optional)
- `link` (string, optional) — Link to the supporting doc for this review.
- `notes` (string, optional)
- `decidedAt` (datetime, optional)
- `decisionReason` (string, optional) — Why the reviewer decided as they did, as they wrote it. Only a decided step (`APPROVED`, `DENIED`, `EXCEPTION` or `NOT_APPLICABLE`) has one; a new decision replaces it.
- `lastNudgedAt` (datetime, optional)

### ErrorDetail

- `code` (string, required) — A stable machine-readable code such as `not_found`.
- `message` (string, required)
- `details` (any, optional)

### LaunchRef

- `id` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)
- `status` (enum, required) — Where a launch sits in its lifecycle.
  - Allowed values: `SCOPING`, `DESIGN`, `IN_DEVELOPMENT`, `TESTING`, `LAUNCHED`, `PENDING`, `ON_HOLD`

### TeamRef

A functional team, the group that performs one kind of review.

- `id` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)
- `slug` (string, required)

### User

A person in a Taktoria organization.

- `id` (string, required)
- `name` (string, required)
- `email` (string, required)
- `image` (string, optional) — Their picture: one uploaded on the account page, or else their Google profile picture, brought in when they sign in with Google.
