Add Event Host
Let one more person run the event, leaving the rest of both lists
alone. Naming the first person closes an open event to the rest of
the workspace, so a signed-in caller who is neither an app admin of
Dory nor the event’s creator, and would not be on the lists, is refused
(422 would_lock_out): they add themselves, or a team they are on,
first. Adding somebody already on the list changes nothing. Answers
with both lists. Needs events:write.
