Vote Meme
Upvote a meme as the signed-in person. Already upvoted, nothing
changes: it answers the same however often it is sent. A vote is a
person’s, so an API key, which acts for the workspace, is refused
with 403 forbidden. Answers with the meme, its new score and
hasVoted: true.

What this meme wanted, when that differs from its template’s own layout. Absent means “whatever the template says”, so re-pointing a template still moves every meme that never overrode it.
