Spotlight Question
Put the question on the big screen, taking off whichever was there:
what a presenter does to say “let’s discuss this one”. Unlike
toggling highlighted, calling it again leaves the question up. To
take it off, PATCH it with highlighted: false; to move on,
POST /events/{eventId}/queue/next. Needs questions:write.

Who asked. Absent on an anonymous question: the participant row exists so that one person cannot vote twice, and handing it back through a key would undo the promise made to whoever asked.
