Set Member App Role
Set a member’s role in one app: admin, member or viewer.
Requires appRoles:write. A key may set anybody’s, in any app; so may
a signed-in workspace owner or admin. An admin of the app may set
roles in that app alone, other admins of it included (403 forbidden elsewhere). A workspace owner’s or admin’s app roles
cannot be changed: they are admin of every app (409 workspace_admin). Setting the role somebody already has changes
nothing. A role neither gives nor takes a seat.
