Create Org Team

Add an organizational team, after the others unless sortOrder says where. Needs teams:write. Organizational teams are the workspace’s, not LaunchCal’s: signed in, only a workspace admin may (403 admin_required for anybody else, an app admin of LaunchCal included), and no app seat is needed.

sortOrderinteger
The workspace's own order, which this list follows. OKR Hub lists teams A to Z instead.

The teams directly inside this one. Everyone on them, and on teams inside those, is on this team too: for owning and seeing objectives, and for running Dory events shared with the team. Teams are put inside each other in Settings → Teams, which refuses a loop.
