Add Event Host Team
Let a team run the event: everyone on it, and on any team inside it.
Like a person, the first team named closes an open event to the rest
of the workspace, and is refused (422 would_lock_out) for a
signed-in caller it would leave out. Answers with both lists. Needs
events:write.
