Remove Event Host
Take one person off the event’s list. A signed-in caller taking
themselves off is refused (422 would_lock_out) unless something
else keeps them on: being an app admin of Dory or the event’s creator, a listed
team they are on (or a team inside one), or the lists becoming
empty, which opens the event to everyone with a Dory seat. Somebody
not on the list is nothing to take off. Answers with both lists.
