Create

Comment on a launch, or post an update that says how it is going. A launched launch takes comments only. Needs launches:write.

The ticketing system a post came from, when a sync brought it in from the launch’s ticketing project (a status update from Linear or GitHub, or a comment from Jira or ClickUp); null for one written here. Asana’s status updates are not brought in: Taktoria’s read-only connection cannot read them. Such a post is changed in that system, not here: editing it is a 409 conflict, and the next sync brings the change across.
